PETG、PCTG、PCT（Poly(ethylene terephthalate-co-1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol) Terephthalate Series）

The main raw materials are terephthalic acid, butanediol, and 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol monomers. The proportion of the third monomer leads to variations in performance and grades. The copolyester is obtained by first synthesizing an esterification intermediate through co-esterification, followed by polycondensation. The third monomer, within a certain proportion range, forms amorphous products that are not easily crystallized. It is mainly used in packaging materials, sheets, bottle manufacturing, and other fields.

Production facilities are categorized into batch and continuous types. The batch type mainly includes single-reactor and double-reactor systems. Continuous production primarily employs a five-reactor process, with certain specifications requiring additional or high-viscosity polycondensation reactor units.
