TPEE（Thermoplastic Polyester Elastomer）

Polyester elastomers are diverse in types, and their main raw materials include terephthalic acid, adipic acid, butanediol, and polyether soft segments. They are first synthesized into esters through partial esterification, then copolymerized and modified by adding a third monomer in a controlled proportion, and finally undergo block polycondensation to obtain the elastomer. They are mainly used in the field of engineering plastics.

Production facilities are categorized into batch and continuous types. The batch type mainly includes double-reactor and triple-reactor systems. Continuous production primarily employs a four-reactor block polymerization process.
