The main raw material is ε-caprolactone, which undergoes ring-opening polymerization catalyzed by an organometallic catalyst in the presence of an initiator, enabling copolymerization with LA and other materials.
The production facility is a two-reactor batch-type experimental setup, capable of producing materials with a molecular weight below 100,000.
