The main raw materials are 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid and ethylene glycol monomers. They undergo esterification to form an ester intermediate, followed by polycondensation to obtain the polyester. It is mainly used in injection molding processes, as well as in the production of insulating films, sheets, bottles, and other fields.
The production facility is a two-reactor batch-type experimental setup, employing intermittent high-viscosity special polycondensation reactors.
