PC（Polycarbonate series）

The main raw materials are diphenyl carbonate and bisphenol A. First, transesterification is performed to ensure a certain transesterification rate, followed by step-wise melt polycondensation to obtain PC products. These products are primarily used in machinery, automobiles, building materials, packaging, and other fields.

Production facilities are categorized into batch and continuous types. The batch type mainly includes double-reactor systems. Continuous production primarily employs a 3+1 reactor process, equipped with a high-viscosity polymerization reactor.
